30-Day Return Policy
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, tags, Certificates of Authenticity (COAs), holograms, authentication labels, and other materials that were included with the purchase.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or separated from their original COA or authentication materials may not be eligible for return.
Starting a Return

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to an error by Fan Freaks or an item arriving damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund for eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us promptly at fanfreaksports@gmail.com.
Please include your order information and photos of the item and packaging when applicable so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Autographed & Authenticated Memorabilia
Many items sold by Fan Freaks include Certificates of Authenticity, holograms, authentication stickers, or other authentication materials.
All authentication materials originally supplied with an item must be returned with the item. Removing, altering, damaging, replacing, or separating authentication materials from the item may make the item ineligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-order items
- Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items missing their original Certificate of Authenticity, hologram, authentication materials, packaging, or included accessories
- Gift cards
- Items specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the eligible original item in accordance with this policy and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union and applicable law provides you with a right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, those statutory rights will apply.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received and include all original packaging, authentication materials, Certificates of Authenticity, holograms, tags, and other materials supplied with the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Any applicable 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Fan Freaks or otherwise required by applicable law.
